Micro-Tom resources for functional genomics

This site provides information about Tomato full-length cDNA clones derived from a Miniature cultivar Micro-Tom.
We have used Micro-Tom as a tomato model and prepared, as part of the resources of the cultivar, full-length cDNA libraries for EST sequencing and subsequently full-length sequencing of selected clones. (1st, Nov. 2006)
